In this video, I invite you to PUT YOUR BODY INTO THE SHAPE YOU ARE FEELING. It's really simple. Clear some space to move. Wiggle and shake yourself out. And create some shapes that call out how you are feeling. Maybe engage your environment and find some props to play off of. This is a really playful exercise to keep you in touch with the vessel that is carrying you through this global crisis, your body. I learned so much by moving mine, and felt my spirits lift!
